Rolls Royce Phantom Drophead Coupe Nighthawk Launched
After a string of very majestic cars such as the ‘Maharaja Phantom‘ from their bespoke program,Rolls Royce has now decided try something completely new .And as expected from the program , what we get is something that is too mean to be called a Rolls Royce. It has been properly named the Nighthawk , after the F-117 Nighthawk stealth fighter.
The Nighthawk is based on the Phantom Drophead Coupe and is surely one of the meanest RR to come out of the bespoke program. The convertible comes with a diamond metallic black paint job complimented by 7 spoke silver coloured alloy wheels. The hood is finished in matte black and the spirit of ecstasy is now even more vivid in the black background . The windscreen frame has special radar absorbent materials, indicating the the stealth fighter is not just in name.
The interior is dominated by raw carbon fiber elements, in the the dashboard, center console ,steering wheel and the door trims. The instrument dials too are finished in carbon. What makes the interior stand out is the beautifully placed Red Hotspur leather accents between the carbon fiber panels. The seats are upholstered in black leather, with red character stitch lines complimenting the overall design of the interior.
Mechanically , The 6.75 Liter V12 that can produce maximum of 454hp of power ,as seen on the current Phantom drophead will continue.Only 9 exquisite pieces will be made , and that too exclusively for North America.
