Aprilia INTERMOT 2016- New RSV4, Tuono V4 1100, Tuono 125, RS125 2017
Aprilia has updated their portfolio for the year 2017 and most of them where showcased at this year INTERMOT show, Cologne.
Here are details on each bike:
Aprilia RSV4 & Tuono V4 100
Aprilia’s RSVR sportsbike and Touno V4 naked gets updated with more features in its 2017 edition. The bikes deliver maximum of 201 bhp and 175bhp respectively.
Both the models will get latest generation Ohlin forks, updated Aprilia Performance Ride Control (APRC), Bosch ABS and Brembo brakes. The new APRC system upgrades most of its aids including Traction Control, Wheelie Control, Launch Control, Quick Shift system, Pit Limiter and Cruise Control. This has enabled the new RSV4 RF to shave almost 1 second from its lap time.
Aprilia RS125 and Touno 125
The Aprilia RS4 125 has been renamed to RS 125 for 2017 and will come with additional features like USB port and portable holder for 6 inch devices.
The Aprilia Tuono 125 has also made global debut at the event. It is styled based on the Tuono V4 1100 and comes powered by the same Euro-4 compliant, four stroke liquid cooled, single cylinder engine, seen on the RS125.
The bike is built on an aluminium chassis and gets features like Aprilia Quick Shift system, ABS, Smartphone integration via AMP ECU system, Multi-function display with handle mounted controls, Lap times and more. Braking duties are done by 300mm front and 220mm rear discs.
