Following in the footsteps of Bajaj who launched their updated Platina 100 ES last month, rival Indian manufacture Hero has also updated their entry level commuter – the HF Dawn , by providing some minor exterior enhancements. The HF Dawn is the first offering from the manufacturer this year , and many more are expected to follow. The motorcycle is priced at Rs 39,370/- (ex-showroom, Delhi)
The new changes are mainly concentrated to improve day to day usability, and for that reason a new metal carrier has been provided on the pillion.A side stand indicator on the console and new graphics have also been provided.
Colours Available – Hero HF Dawn
Boon Silver Metallic
Candy Blazing Red
Classic Maroon Metallic
Black and Red
Black and Purple
The bike will be powered by a 97.2 cc single cylinder air-cooled mill that produces maximum of 8.36 PS of power, and is mated with a 4 speed transmission. This is similar to that of the out-going model , which had only just recently been updated with the new mill.
With Bajaj confirming the launch of six new bikes in the coming six months, we can now safely assume that Hero Motorcorp will be taking on a similar approach, and launch some more motorcycles and facelifts in the coming months.
Stay tuned for more updates!
