Honda has unveiled the 2016 Honda CBR500r at this year’s American International Motorcycle Expo in Florida, USA. The bike will join other 2016 offerings like the new 1000rr Fireblade, CBR600RR and CBR300R, some of which will reach the country the same year.
The bike gets a sharper design language along with new features like front preload fork adjustment, newly designed exhaust, new petal discs, larger fuel tank with hinged cap, new wave ignition key and adjustable brake levers. Honda claims that their ‘edgier’ fairing improves airflow over the rider and is thus more aerodynamic. The taillights and headlamps are LED units.
The 2016 Honda CBR500r will reach United states market by early 2016, however prices have not yet been released.
