The 2018 Honda CB300R has been revealed at the EICMA Show, Milan. The motorcycle is expected to reach most markets next year.
If you loved the design direction that the new CB100R has taken, you will love the CB300R as well. Infact, almost the entire ‘CB’ line-up has been updated.

2018 Honda CB300R design – Resembles the new CB1000R
The new CB300R closely resembles its liter class sibling. It gets a circular LED headlight at front, and a chiselled fuel tank and split seats at the sides. The bike’s tank cowl is similar to the CB100R and even the the inclination of its exhaust canister has been borrowed.
What isn’t similar, among other obvious things, is the sporty tyre-hugging number plate holder and single-sided swing arm. The bikes underside isn’t completely exposed either.
An informative digital instrument console is provided.
2018 Honda CB300R design engine and specs
The CB300R’s single cylinder engine is capable of producing 31 PS of power at 8,500 rpm and 27.5 Nm of torque at 7,500 rpm. This is nearly similar to BMW’s G310R.

The motorcycle employs a trellis frame, and yips scales at 315 pounds (143 kg). Suspension duties are done by 41 USD fork, and a rear 5-step adjustable monoshock. Stopping power for its 17” Radial Dunlop tyres come from 296 mm front and 220 mm rear disc, complimented by dual-channel ABS.
2018 Honda CB300R price and release date
The 2018 Honda CB300R will debut in most European and Southeast Asian markets next year. US launch isn’t confirmed yet but is higly likely.
