The 2018 Toyota Land Cruiser Prado has made it global debut at Frankfurt Motor Show 2017. The facelift brings much needed cosmetic and mechanical upgrades to the popular SUV. It will be made avaialble in over 190 countires.

2018 Toyota Land Cruiser Prado changes- Exterior & Interior
The current generation Prado has been around since 2009 and had received a facelift earlier. This second facelift will have evolutionary changes to the exterior and updated features on the inside.
Exterior
The car’s front fascia gets thorough updates and is now fitted with newly shaped LED headlamps (that don’t slant down). The shape of its grille has been retained but the vertical slats are now larger. The bumper along with the LED DRL and foglamps has all changed and looks much better.
Its sides don’t seem to have changed much apart from the introduction of new alloys. At the rear, taillamps adopt a darker shade and gets new graphics. The skid plates and roof spoilers are different as well.
Interior
Interior gets a new 8” touchscreen infotainment system and the dials in the centre console have changed. The instrument console also sports a new look. Its steering wheels seem to have been lifted from the Land Cruiser 200.
Toyota claims that they have improved its qualtity and overall fit and finish.
2018 Toyota Land Cruiser Prado performance
The 2018 Prado comes powered by a range of engine options globally, including a 163 Ps, 2.7-liter petrol and a 235 PS 4.6 liter V6. In India, the SUV is powered by a 3-liter diesel mill producing 172 bhp of power and 410 Nm @ 1600-2800 rpm.

2018 Toyota Land Cruiser Prado Release date and Price
The Land Cruiser Prado will cater to a range of markets including Japan, India and the Middle East (most popular). It will begine to officially reach dealerships by end of this year or early 2018.
