The Audi A7 2019 is a stunning, genre-defining take on the sportsback segment, and we are in awe. The German manufacturer has finally delivered on their promise of a fastback that will impress all (arguably), and we can’t resist ourselves from taking a deeper look at this new rendition. The car takes a lot from its bigger, more luxurious sibling- the Audi A8, which is a good thing!

Audi A7 2019 Exterior
Audi A7 2019 looks stunning in its new sharper body. The big hexagonal grille and headlights are similar to those of the A8 but there are differences too. For starters, the front fascia is meaner, with headlights slanting down and blackened out lower grille. It gets sporty LED DRLs as well. The car’s sides have stronger creases above the wheel arches, which in part makes it beefier. Further, glass area has improved, and its shoulder line has a smoother transition to the rear when compared to the outgoing model.
The hatched rear is arguably the most profound exterior feature of the new A7 and is ,without doubt, beautiful. Audi’s designers have ditched the traditional tail lamps for an end-to-end wraparound piece with 13 individual LED elements on each side. The taillamps has an arching design which is mimicked by the fuax diffuser panel in the bumper.

The new A7’s interior has been completely restyled and is now similar to that of the A8. Of course, that means the gorgeous dual infotainment systems makes an appearance. The setup has a 10.1-inch upper screen for music, navigation and the likes, while the lower 8.6 inch display takes care of climate control. The stunning display of informatics doesn’t stop there, and behind the driver is a fully customisable 12.3-inch instrument console installed with Audi’s advanced Virtual Cockpit.
Details of the new BMW 8 series
As mentioned earlier, the car has larger windows which, along with the sunroof, lets lots of natural light in and makes it appear more spacious.
The futuristic interior is matched by a futuristic amount of tech. The A7, with the help of traffic jam assist, can ease your fight with congestion and can start, stop, steer and maintain a safe distance from the traffic in front. There’s Audi Pre Sense 360 for full 360 degree monitoring, and even an autonomous park assist.

The new A7 gets a new 3.0-liter V6 with 48V mild hybrid technology. This engine is capable of producing 340 horsepower and 368 pound-feet of torque, with a claimed 0-62mph (100 kph) time of 5.3 seconds. There will be variety of gasoline and diesel options available across the world.
In US however, only gasoline and hybrid options are provided.
The engine comes mated to a seven-speed transmission and AWD, with four-wheel-drive steering coming as an option.
