Update: The new Passion pro iSmart with BS-IV engine and AHO has been launched in India.
New Hero Passion Pro iSmart has been spotted at a dealership prior to its launch on 26 September 2016. It will be launched along with Hero’s Achiever 150 and Super Splendor.

Hero Passion Pro iSmart (BS4) design
The new i3S Passion Pro doesn’t get any styling changes. It gets an i3S badging near the grab rail and that’s just about it. Convectional commuter design is what most people looks for in the segment and there isn’t any point in changing something that’s already proven.
Hero Passion Pro iSmart (BS4) Engine, Specs
Power for the Passion pro i3s comes from a 97.2 cc single-cylinder, air-cooled engine that produces maximum of 8.24 HP at 8000 RPM and 8.05 Nm of torque at 5000 RPM. The engine comes mated to a 4-speed gearbox. This is same as that of the previous model.
Hero’s i3S iSmart technology will be provided which improves fuel efficiency by cutting off the engine when the bike is stationary. AHO has been provided as well, which is part of mandatory regulations.
Hero Passion Pro iSmart (BS4) price, Competition
The new Passion pro is priced slightly higher than the outgoing models at Rs. 50,955/-. Its chief completion include TVS Victor, Honda Dream Yuga and the Suzuki Hayate.
